Delivery Policy

This Policy sets forth the method of providing products and content in the platform service "CreatorFans" (the "Service") operated by CF Asset Inc. (the "Company").
Article 1 (Absence of Physical Delivery)
The Service provides only digital content such as audio, video, images, and text, as well as call and DM services, and does not sell or ship any physical products. Accordingly, matters relating to physical delivery, such as shipping fees, delivery carriers, delivery areas, and delivery times, do not apply to the Service.
Article 2 (Method of Providing Digital Content)
The digital content and services provided through the Service are provided online as follows.
- Individual content purchases: Once the purchase procedure (payment) is completed, the Member can immediately view the relevant content on their My Page.
- Call and DM services: Once a reservation is confirmed, voice calls or direct message exchanges with the Creator are provided through the Service at the reserved date and time.
Article 3 (Timing and Delay of Provision)
Access to digital content is provided immediately, conditional on the successful completion of payment processing. Provision may be delayed due to delays in payment processing, communication failures, or other system-related reasons. For the handling of cases where content is not provided due to reasons attributable to the Company, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.
Article 4 (Regional Restrictions)
The Service is a digital service provided online and is not subject to regional restrictions associated with physical delivery. However, the Service may not be available in certain regions due to requirements relating to Creator registration (Article 6 of the Terms of Service) or other legal reasons.
