Copyright Guidelines

CF Asset Inc. (the "Company") establishes these Guidelines regarding the handling of copyright and other intellectual property rights in the audio distribution platform "CreatorFans" (the "Service"). These Guidelines form part of the Terms of Service and apply to all Members.

Article 1 (Rights to Company Content)

  • All intellectual property rights relating to the content provided by the Company through the Service (including site design, logos, systems, and explanatory documents) belong to the Company.
  • Members must not reproduce, divert, modify, publicly transmit, sell, redistribute, or otherwise use the Company's content without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 2 (Rights to Content Posted by Creators)

  • Copyright in the digital content posted by a Creator on the Service belongs to the Creator or the legitimate rights holder.
  • The Creator grants the Company a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use such content (including reproduction, transmission, display, and thumbnail generation) to the extent necessary for the provision, operation, improvement, and promotion of the Service.
  • The Creator warrants that, with respect to the content posted, the Creator either holds the rights thereto or has obtained the necessary permission from the rights holder.

Article 3 (Use of Content by Fans)

Fans and other users must comply with the following with respect to digital content they have purchased or viewed.

  • Use is limited to personal viewing and downloading for the purpose of viewing.
  • Do not transfer, resell, distribute to third parties, or repost or upload to the internet without the permission of the Company or the Creator.
  • Do not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise alter the content.

Article 4 (Respect for Third-Party Rights)

In using the Service, Members must not infringe the copyright, trademark rights, right of publicity, privacy, or other rights of third parties. If an infringement is found, the Company may take measures such as deleting content, restricting the account, or contacting relevant authorities.

Article 5 (Reporting Rights Infringement)

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact the Company with the following information.

  • Name and contact information of the rights holder (or legitimate agent)
  • Information necessary to identify the content alleged to be infringing (URL, Creator name, date and time of posting, etc.)
  • Details of the infringement and the basis of the right
  • A statement that the content of the report is true

Upon confirming the content of a received report, the Company will, as necessary, delete the content, suspend its publication, or take measures against the account. A person who makes a false report may be held legally liable.

Article 6 (Revisions)

The Company may change the content of these Guidelines as necessary. The revised content shall become effective from the time it is posted on the Service.
