Content Guidelines

CF Asset Inc. (the "Company") establishes these Guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of the digital content that Creators post and sell on the audio distribution platform "CreatorFans" (the "Service"). These Guidelines form part of the Terms of Service and apply to all Members.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Guidelines is to ensure that content provided on the Service complies with applicable laws and the Terms of Service, and respects the rights of Members and third parties.

Article 2 (Content That May Be Posted)

Creators may post and sell content that satisfies the following conditions.

  • It is AI-generated content (AI voice, AI illustrations, etc.) lawfully generated by the Creator.
  • The Creator has completed the age verification procedure specified by the Company and been confirmed to be 18 years of age or older.
  • It does not infringe the intellectual property rights, right of publicity, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
  • It does not violate these Guidelines or the Terms of Service.

Article 3 (Prohibited Content)

The posting or sale of content that falls under, or that the Company determines falls under, any of the following is prohibited.

  • Content that violates laws or public order and morals
  • Content that constitutes child pornography, or content that sexualizes minors or characters (whether real or fictional, including two-dimensional characters) who are or could be perceived as minors
  • Content containing live-action material (video, audio, or photographs of real persons, etc.)
  • Content containing cruel, violent, grotesque, or extremely offensive expressions
  • Content that infringes the copyright, trademark rights, right of publicity, or other rights of others
  • Content that uses another Creator's work within the Service for AI generation or similar purposes (including use as machine learning training data) without the rights holder's permission
  • Content that defames the Company, other Members, or third parties, or that unjustly discriminates against or harasses them
  • Content that circumvents payment through the Service and induces transactions outside the Service
  • Other content that the Company determines to be inappropriate

Article 4 (Notes on AI-Generated Content)

  • Even for AI-generated content, the Creator is responsible for confirming that the training data and generation process do not infringe the rights of third parties.
  • Do not post expressions that closely resemble a specific real person or character and that may cause rights infringement or misidentification.
  • Upon receiving a report or notification of a rights infringement, the Company may take measures such as deleting content or restricting use of the account.

Article 5 (Restrictions on Display and Search)

Depending on the content, the Company may, in accordance with these Guidelines, restrict its display in on-site search results or recommendations.

Article 6 (Measures in the Event of Violation)

In the event of a violation of these Guidelines, the Company may take the following measures without prior notice.

  • Deletion or unpublishing of the relevant content
  • Suspension of the account or expulsion from membership
  • Withholding of sales proceeds, or reporting to relevant authorities pursuant to law
  • Other measures specified in the Terms of Service

Article 8 (Revisions)

The Company may change the content of these Guidelines as necessary. The revised content shall become effective from the time it is posted on the Service.
